Booking a Room

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Brookhall, we want to provide you with a relaxing and refreshing stay. We do however have some terms and conditions that help us to continue delivering a quality offering:

Minimum Stay
2 night minimum stay

Deposit
Cost of first night to secure the booking.

Balance
Balance will then be paid on arrival.

Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within the 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will only be returned if rooms are re-let.

Families and Children

Children are very welcome at Brookhall but please be careful around the animals and machinery. Children should, at all times, be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking Policy

The cottages are strictly non-smoking throughout.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in times are between 4pm and 8pm. If you are going to arrive outside these hours please let us know and we will endeavour to facilitate. Check-out is before 11am.
